Hot Dog Journo Joy
Hey, frendz! Your loyal tail-wagging JournoDog here again scanning the news for smiles and happz.
It’s ruff some days sniffing the sniffs and digging up scoops on the Interwebz. Even for seasoned canine journos like me, news fatigue is for realz.
The Loud Shiny Rectangle is usually full of stressful hooman nonsense. And it just makes us all so mad.
But every now and then, a hard-hitting hooman journo unburies a big scoop and crafts a lede so pure it brings all the happz and tail-wags. Like this:
According to my sources scanning the wires, a 6-year-old rescue dog named Jonah attended the Miami Marlees “Bark at the Park” night playing against the Tex Ranglers.
While the hoomans were busy watching the baseball game, Jonah was caught on camera catching the real scoop: a fellow furry frend nearby scarfing down a juicy ballpark hot dog.
Yep, Jonah watched longingly and with absolute attention at the neighbor dog’s hot dog treat.
No doubt, the story made him lick the scents just as the rest of us …
